Wanted to explore Brighton and this hotel was superb base for doing it. Moreover, we parked our car nearby. It deserves its 4 stars.

staff and rooms were nice. cosiez cafe with coffee & goodies is 500 metres walk away.

The location was favourable and the bed comfortable. A private kitchen was included. We found Cosiez Cafe to dine in 500 metres from the hotel. Kemptown neighbourhood is worth seeing.
Can’t fault the property in any way.
